FC House, located in the Jardines del Pedregal neighborhood in the Álvaro Obregón Delegation of Mexico City, was built in 2006 and has a construction area of over 600 m2.
Casa FC is situated on a plot with dimensions; from south to north on the west facade, it measures 23.82 m, from west to east on the north facade 30.44 m, from north to south on the east facade 23.92 m, and from east to west on the south facade 30.22 m. This results in a total plot area of 724.00 m2.
The plot has a slope of 3m from the entrance to the rear boundary. This slope is not constant, as there is a step approximately in the middle of the plot.
Regarding the soil composition in this location, it is noteworthy that the area is dominated by volcanic rock, which determines the soil's load-bearing capacity to propose the structural elements.
The house was designed based on the needs of a family consisting of a couple and two children (two boys), also considering the need for service rooms.
The pedestrian entrance to the plot is located on Llama Street #96, next to the northern boundary; this entrance door is parallel to the street and separated from the main door of the house by a courtyard that serves as a filter to the parking area. The vehicle entrance is adjacent to the access door.
Entering through the access hallway, you find the main foyer, a space with double height in its first third and triple height in the remaining two-thirds. This space is naturally illuminated by a window that is 9m high by 4 meters wide and by a skylight located on the western part of the roof.
On the left side of the foyer is the private area of the house on two levels, including three bedrooms with their respective bathrooms and, in the case of the master bedroom, a dressing room. Both bedrooms and bathrooms have natural lighting and ventilation.
Upon entering the house through the main foyer, a hallway is located to the right, with double height in its first half. In the middle of this hallway, on the left side, is the living area.
The living-dining area includes a terrace, an open-plan space where the perimeter walls and two columns towards the east support the structure. It has natural lighting and ventilation as it has windows on the east side, adjoining the garden. This area connects with the service area through the access hallway.
Additionally, Casa FC is surrounded by gardens and landscapes that are a true work of art.
The service area consists of two floors, accessible from the street through the parking lot, as well as from inside the house.
The parking lot with space for 5 cars is located on the west side of the plot, with access to the main courtyard and to the service area through the foyer.

Casa FC, situata nel quartiere Jardines del Pedregal nella Delegación Álvaro Obregón della Città del Messico, è stata costruita nel 2006 e ha una superficie di costruzione di oltre 600 m2. Casa FC è posizionata su un terreno con dimensioni; da sud a nord sulla facciata ovest misura 23,82 m, da ovest a est sulla facciata nord 30,44 m, da nord a sud sulla facciata est 23,92 m e da est a ovest sulla facciata sud 30,22 m. Ciò comporta una superficie totale del lotto di 724,00 m2. Il lotto ha una pendenza di 3m dall'ingresso al confine posteriore. Questa pendenza non è costante, poiché è presente uno scalino approssimativamente a metà del terreno. Riguardo alla conformazione del terreno in questo luogo, è opportuno sottolineare che il terreno si trova in una zona in cui predomina la pietra vulcanica, il che determina la capacità portante del suolo per proporre gli elementi strutturali. La casa è stata progettata in base alle esigenze di una famiglia composta da una coppia e due figli (due bambini), considerando anche la necessità di avere camere di servizio. L'accesso pedonale al lotto si trova in Calle Llama n. 96, vicino al confine nord; questa porta d'ingresso è parallela alla strada e separata dalla porta principale della casa da un cortile che funge da filtro verso l'area parcheggio. L'accesso veicolare è adiacente alla porta d'accesso. Entrando dal corridoio di accesso si trova il foyer principale, uno spazio con doppia altezza nel suo primo terzo e tripla altezza nei due terzi successivi. Questo spazio è illuminato naturalmente da una finestra alta 9m per 4 metri di larghezza e da una luce zenitale situata nella parte occidentale del tetto. Sul lato sinistro del foyer si trova l'area privata della casa su due livelli, con tre camere da letto con i rispettivi bagni e, nel caso della camera da letto principale, un guardaroba. Sia le camere da letto che i bagni sono dotati di illuminazione e ventilazione naturale. Entrando nella casa attraverso il foyer principale, si trova a destra un corridoio, con doppia altezza nella sua prima metà. A metà di questo corridoio, sul lato sinistro, si trova l'area soggiorno-pranzo. L'area soggiorno-pranzo include una terrazza, uno spazio a pianta libera in cui i muri perimetrali e due colonne verso est sostengono la struttura. Ha illuminazione e ventilazione naturale grazie alle finestre sul lato est, confinante con il giardino. Questa zona è collegata all'area di servizio attraverso il corridoio di accesso. Inoltre, Casa FC è circondata da giardini e paesaggi che sono una vera opera d'arte. L'area di servizio è composta da due piani, accessibili dalla strada attraverso il parcheggio, così come dall'interno della casa. Il parcheggio con spazio per 5 auto è situato sul lato ovest del lotto, con accesso al cortile principale e all'area di servizio attraverso il foyer.
