Palazzo Ventidue represents a fusion of Italian design pieces and contemporary, custom-made furnishings, striking a harmonious balance between the old and the new. The owners who work in brand consulting and as a teacher, do not hail from the architectural or interior design realms. Collaborating with architect Luigi Albano from the region and seeking assistance from friends for color selections and mock-ups, they aimed to fashion a contemporary aesthetic that complemented the historical setting, prioritizing both style and comfort.

Taking a hands-on approach to the interiors, they opted to infuse their own unique style and create a more personalized space rather than outsourcing the project. Despite being newcomers to this aspect, the experience of collaborating with craftsmen, selecting materials, and choosing furnishings proved to be enjoyable. While acknowledging that the process could have been expedited with an interior designer managing every detail, they appreciate the decision to take charge, resulting in a more individualized outcome. The project involved sourcing pieces from local craftsmen, artisans, and antique markets in the region, requiring effective communication and networking.

Palazzo Ventidue embodies the spirit of a serene, aged soul, its expansive ceilings resonating with the tranquility reminiscent of a chapel. Introducing a touch of comfort while adhering to the principle of "less is more," the house is divided into distinct sections, each exuding its own unique atmosphere.
