The apartment is located in the city center, away from the noisy streets. Only green trees are visible through the windows, the bustle of the city does not invade the living space. The main idea of the project is to emphasize and enhance privacy, to create an atmosphere of quiet living.

 The kitchen island and dining table occupy an important and special place in the layout. All kitchen equipment is hidden behind wooden cabinet doors and is not visible from the living area. The bedroom and the bed are located as far as possible from the entrance to the apartment. From the bedroom you can go out to the terrace with a beautiful view. Also the bedroom has a separate bathroom. Dark tiles on the walls of the bathrooms creates a quieter and more intimate atmosphere. The entry area has a walk-in closet, guest bathroom, laundry room. The doors and walls have the same stucco, this visually connects them into one unit. Heating and air conditioning devices are also hidden. The goal is to create a clean space. All elements in the apartment are united by one color scheme. A limited amount of natural materials are used in all rooms: wood, stone, plaster. One more material used in the playroom is plywood. Large curtains bring softness. Faucets, track lighting, door handles and other little elements are matched in one black color. There are no fancy brands in the apartment. All furniture is custom-made. A special metal construction is attached to the ceiling above the kitchen island. It is planned to display a collection of beautiful liquor bottles and other interesting decor. Slightly embossed plaster, aged parquet, all the irregularities of natural materials create the feeling of a warm, already lived-in space. 

This modern apartment gives the owner a sense of security and comfort.

Квартира знаходиться в центрі міста, далеко від галасливих вулиць. З вікон видно лише зелені дерева, міська метушня не вторгається в житловий простір. Основна ідея проекту - підкреслити і посилити приватність, створити атмосферу спокійного життя.
Кухонний острів і обідній стіл займають важливе і особливе місце в плануванні. Все кухонне обладнання заховане за дерев'яними дверцятами шаф і не видно з вітальні. Спальня і ліжко розташовані максимально далеко від входу в квартиру. Зі спальні можна вийти на терасу з прекрасним видом. Також спальня має окремий санвузол. Темна плитка на стінах ванних кімнат створює більш спокійну та інтимну атмосферу. У вхідній зоні є гардеробна, гостьовий санвузол, пральня. Двері та стіни мають однакову ліпнину, що візуально об'єднує їх в одне ціле. Пристрої опалення та кондиціонування також приховані. Мета - створити чистий простір. Всі елементи в квартирі об'єднані однією кольоровою гамою. У всіх приміщеннях використовується обмежена кількість натуральних матеріалів: дерево, камінь, штукатурка. У дитячій кімнаті використано ще один матеріал - фанеру. М'якості додають великі штори. Змішувачі, трекове освітлення, дверні ручки та інші дрібні елементи підібрані в одному чорному кольорі. У квартирі немає модних брендів. Всі меблі зроблені на замовлення. До стелі над кухонним островом прикріплена спеціальна металева конструкція. На ній планується розмістити колекцію красивих пляшок з-під алкоголю та інший цікавий декор. Злегка рельєфна штукатурка, зістарений паркет, всі нерівності натуральних матеріалів створюють відчуття теплого, вже обжитого простору.
