Joaquin Homs has unveiled his latest masterpiece, a stunning oceanfront property in the exclusive La Punta Estates of Punta Mita. The estate, known as Casa Akai, stands as a testament to Homs’ commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail.

This beach house spans a generous 1800 square meters, undergoing significant remodelling and expansion under Homs’ visionary guidance.
