Il progetto architettonico di interni sviluppato a Trieste riguarda un edificio precedentemente utilizzato come magazzino, situato vicino alle rive della città, in prossimità del mare. L'obiettivo del progetto è trasformare l'edificio in un bed and breakfast informale per soggiorni brevi in città. La ristrutturazione completa dell'immobile parte da un adeguamento distributivo ed impiantistico, includendo l'utilizzo di coibentazioni per ottenere elevate prestazioni di isolamento e l'implementazione di impianti ad aria per il riscaldamento degli ambienti.

La progettazione degli interni si propone di giocare con pattern e colori, riscoprendo e mettendo in luce elementi architettonici preesistenti, come l'arco in pietra e mattoni. Questi elementi architettonici sono uniche peculiarità del magazzino originario, originariamente utilizzato per la rimessa delle barche. L'obiettivo è valorizzare e integrare tali caratteristiche nella nuova destinazione d'uso, creando un'atmosfera accogliente e distintiva per il bed and breakfast.

La ristrutturazione include anche un miglioramento delle prestazioni energetiche dell'edificio attraverso l'utilizzo di tecnologie moderne e soluzioni di isolamento avanzate.
