mar.s architects studio relocated from quiet Dejvice to vibrant Holešovice.

in the heart of the wetlands, in the courtyard of the former Luxfer factory, in the cable factory.

The industrial and art scene is bustling all around. gradually, other artists have also taken over the cable house.

mar.s works with an area of 80m2. the original space was in a poor condition but the materiality of the whole was unique. in the design, the rawness of the original materials blends with the newly inserted elements, which work together to create a harmonious, cute industrial look,

the impressive reinforced concrete beamed ceiling has been cleaned, as have the original lux spheres.

The open space breathes into the garden, the jiroutek is alternative to the kitchen and stands alone in the space, just as the meeting room, which is an invisible part, only comes to life when it is needed.
