RENOVATION OF AN OFFICE BUILDING 199-201 LITERA F 2 | BURO 2+2

The existing brick building is four floors high, without a basement, with a mezzanine above the stairwell. Adjacent buildings are
adjacent to the building, they have adjacent (common) walls.
In terms of the building has an L-shaped shape, with overall dimensions of ~ 49x13 m. The height of the floors is in the range of 2.84-
3.28 m. The total height of the building from the level of the layout to the top of the parapet of the boundary wall is ~ 15 m. The
structural scheme of the building is frame-wall. The bearing elements are external and internal brick walls, and an internal reinforced
concrete frame consisting of columns and crossbars. The foundations under the walls are ribbon stone, under the columns - separate
reinforced concrete. The floor-to-floor ceilings are made of prefabricated ribbed reinforced concrete slabs. The covering above the
building is flat combined, consists of ribbed load-bearing plates, insulation and a rolled roof with an organized external drain.
Communication between the floors is carried out by a stone staircase on steel ropes.
