In Alem arquitectura we have carried out the luxury renovation project in Madrid of a house in Chamberí neighborhood.

The house built in 1969 and had practically remained in its original state. Both, distribution, finishes and facilities were completely outdated. The owners wanted a comprehensive home renovation, adapting it to the needs of today's life.

To that end, it was proposed to open the kitchen space to the living room, creating a bar with an integrated wine cellar where you can have an aperitif or have breakfast every day.

In addition, the day area with terrace, living room, dining room and kitchen is separated from the room space, more private and independent.

The house has 4 bedrooms and an office, 3 bathrooms and a toilet. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom.

In connection with the facilities, air conditioning ducts has been installed using two independent heat pumps between the day area and bedrooms. The electrical installation and lighting have also been completely renovated. Mains sockets have been added to enhance connectivity within the bedrooms. In addition, the plumbing and heating installation has been renewed to avoid future damage and unforeseen issues that might arise in the future.

In this luxury renovation in Madrid, we have used vinyl flooring to unify the entire house. Black aluminum and steel for interior and exterior carpentry. Black marble on the island and white and wood in the kitchen.

We have sought to maintain a timeless image, combining classic materials with modern finishes, so as to achieve a luxury reform with the best quality standards.
