It located near the town of Bitetto (Ba), located in a portion of land to low building density, immersed in a place rich in secular olive trees, where the green of the trees and the color of the plowed soil are the background and the context where he built this villa.


The property is on three levels designed as three units separate but interconnected with each other to fulfill the various needs of the family. From the basement of residence of the garage, the basement and two bedrooms and the living area designed as a large open space that represent the first unit, the ground floor is the main living unit with large open space which faces on a back porch connected the pool area, a small kitchen area, hidden behind a fireplace and two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, and finally as a last unit situated on the terrace floor, a small studio apartment consists of an open space and a toilet, all in a semicircle with amble frame overlooking the large terrace where you can enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside.


The setting for this large villa is the garden of 10000 square meters with swimming pool in the back and with a wide pavement outside, hugging laying her villa in the large garden with palm trees and olive trees, with an organic shape inspired by natural forms such as the leaves of the fig trees typical of this area.


The architecture of the project plays with the assimetricità and dynamism of architectural forms, seeking not static volumes and creating the structural links between the sides of the building, such as to trigger the viewer in a dynamic object invited observation ever new views interconnected, this dynamic vision creates an expansion of the spaces as well as a greater visual link between the built and the natural area surrounding the villa.


The goal of the project was to create a structure in which architecture and nature are fused with each other through a strong contemporary recognizable deliberately, inspired by the natural forms of the landscape.
