Liberdade | TODOS Arquitetura

Located in a traditional neighbourhood of downtown São Paulo, the residencial Liberdade seeks the belonging of the youngsters to the heart of the city, creating a diverse and multicultural community that adopts new ways of living, without losing sight of the connection with its roots. For the Sales Stand of this project, TODOS designed two decorated apartments, one with 19m² and the other with 29 m²

The 29 m² apartment unites kitchen, bedroom and living room in a harmonious and clever way, seeking to make the lives of its residents more practical and integrated. At the apartment entrance the kitchen was designed in a single linear bloc adopting solutions to maximise the space usage. Here the highlight is the kitchen countertop that serves as a support for meal preparation and a cozy dining area.

On the opposite side, a charming wood slatted panel mimics the doors of the closet and bathroom visually organizing the apartment entrance. The same panel enters the space, creating a visual unity and serving as a headboard for the bed.

The bathroom gained a tactile minimalist atmosphere where gray and white shades predominate accentuated by the black details of the metal finishing. The floor tile, with its texture, brings the tactile atmosphere. Here the sensation is about stepping on delicate rolled pebbles.

In 29 m² a cleaver layout is fundamental to the maximum use of the space. In order to create two environments, the bed was positioned in the corner of the apartment. The joinery serves as a chest and, passing the bed, becomes a support shelf for the living room area and rack for the TV.

The oriental roots of the Liberdade neighborhood appear subtly throughout the project. The lowered bed refers to the feeling of fall asleep in a cozy futon. The wooden pattern, present in the joinery and the decorative luminaire, refers to the tones of bamboo wood.

The living room space has a natural and neutral color palette and, when integrated with the balcony, provides a solar and relaxing atmosphere. The ideal place to relax and disconnect from the city.

The second apartment reunites the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom in just 19m². With a clever design, that favors multifunctionality, the apartment received a generous bench in joinery. Starting in the kitchen, it runs through the entire apartment, concentrating several uses. Storage spaces and seats for the dining space share the same structure. Solutions for a more practical and integrated life.

Opposite to the kitchen, the masonry walls of the bathroom were replaced with “blindex” structures, allowing the natural light from the balcony reaches the space. The sink was positioned aside, integrated with the room, allowing a separate use in relation to the bathroom. Highlight for the curtain that plays the role of hiding the cabinets and sink module.

The light tones applied throughout the apartment provide the diffusion of natural light, making the space lighter and wider. Complete the natural atmosphere the woodwork finishes of the joinery, the blue gradients applied to the Formica coverings and the production details.

Multifunctionality is present everywhere, as in the bed that also acts as a sofa and the headboard that converts into an office table for a home office integrated with the balcony. Here the working hours are sunny and cheerful.

Localizado num tradicional bairro do centro de São Paulo, o empreendimento residencial Liberdade busca resgatar o pertencimento do jovem paulistano ao coração da cidade, criando uma comunidade multicultural e diversa, que se apropria das novas formas de morar, sem perder de vista a conexão com suas raízes.

Para o empreendimento, a TODOS projetou dois decorados, um de 19 m² e o outro com 29 m².

O apartamento de 19 m² reúne cozinha, quarto, banheiro e sala de forma harmoniosa e inteligente, buscando tornar a vida dos seus moradores mais prática e integrada. Na entrada do studio a cozinha foi projetada em um bloco linear com soluções pensadas para o aproveitamento máximo do espaço. Destaque para a bancada que serve tanto como área de corte, como espaço para refeições.

O banheiro ganhou atmosfera minimalista tátil onde predominam os tons de cinza e branco dos revestimentos, acentuados pelos detalhes em preto dos metais e acabamentos. O aspecto tátil é dado pelo piso que, com sua textura, remete à sensação de de estar pisando em delicados seixos rolados.

Em 29 m² um layout inteligente é fundamental para o máximo aproveitamento do espaço. De forma a criar dois ambientes, a cama foi posicionada no canto do apartamento. A marcenaria ao lado serve como baú e, passando a cama, se transforma em apoio para a área da sala e rack para a TV.

As raízes orientais do bairro da Liberdade aparecem de forma sútil ao longo do projeto. A cama de baixa estatura remete à sensação de adormecer em aconchegantes futons. Já o padrão amadeirado, presente na marcenaria e luminária, remete aos tons da madeira do bambu.

O espaço da sala possui uma paleta cromática neutra e natural e, ao se integrar com a varanda, proporciona uma atmosfera solar e relaxante. Cantinho ideal para relaxar e desconectar da urbe.

O segundo decorado reúne cozinha, quarto e banheiro em apenas 19 m². Com um projeto inteligente que privilegia a multifuncionalidade o apartamento recebeu um generoso banco em marcenaria. Começando na cozinha, percorre todo o apartamento, concentrando vários usos. Espaços para armazenamento e assentos para a mesa de refeições compartilham a mesma estrutura. Soluções para uma vida mais prática e integrada.

Do lado oposto à cozinha, as paredes de alvenaria do banheiro foram substituídas por estruturas em blindex permitindo que a luz natural da varanda chegue até este espaço. A pia foi posicionada ao lado, integrada ao quarto, permitindo um uso separado em relação ao banheiro. Destaque para a cortina que faz o papel de fechamento do armário e módulo da pia.

Os tons claros aplicados em toda a base do apartamento proporcionam a difusão da luz natural, tornando o espaço mais leve e amplo. Completam a atmosfera natural os acabamentos amadeirados da marcenaria, e os degradês de azul aplicados nos revestimentos em Formica e detalhes de produção.

A multifuncionalidade está presente em todo projeto, como na cama que também assume a função de sofá e a cabeceira que se converte em mesa de escritório para um home office integrado à varanda. Aqui as horas de trabalho são solares e alegres.
