Added to an environment built roughly 60 years ago, this project was designed as an extreme counterpart to the existing surroundings, coming up as a Town House.
Due to the small uprising tower on top, which is set back several meters, it succeeds in keeping the distance to the built environment and giving the best privacy possible for a complete downtown place. Even though it has this castle like feeling on the outside, it provides much lighting and a warm touch on the inside, due to skylights and huge sized glas fronts, which can be completely opened.
On the top level there is a japanese styled patio with direct access to a forest, also newly planted to japanese rules.
