Located in Brașov County, this building, part of a residential complex, enjoyed significant creative freedom in its interior design project. Taking over the raw space allowed for the transformation of the newly acquired property into the perfect home that met the needs, desires, and lifestyle of the homeowners.

The ground floor originally featured a closed kitchen, now converted into the guest bedroom. We opted to reorganize the functions to create an open communal space, designed for the entire family, including the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

This home aligns with ancestral principles, representing a contemporary interpretation of a sacred idea: the hearth is the heart of the home. Therefore, the kitchen becomes the core of the residence.

The original plan for the M residence did not include a bathroom to serve one of the upstairs bedrooms, and it appeared that space did not allow for one.

The solution for harmonious integration was to position a half bathroom within the bedroom's plan (sink and WC), and the other half in the hallway (the shower), utilizing curved surfaces. Beyond the practical aspect of this intervention, the fluid lines break the stylistic monotony.
