The apartment is located in a building constructed in 1890. The starting point for the project was the exquisite architecture of the building itself. It was crucial for us to preserve the spirit of the space.

Working with an old structure is always challenging, and a significant amount of time was spent on demolition, reinforcing the floors, and replacing the engineering systems. Thanks to these efforts, we achieved a thoroughly modern apartment, suitable for 21st-century living, while retaining the important charm of bygone eras.

During the renovation, we carefully restored the arched forms of the window openings and enhanced the interior architecture with ornate and carpentry elements in flowing, organic shapes. We created a new parquet floor based on the historical parquet that had been in the apartment since the building's construction.

Since the apartment was designed for a modern, feminine woman with an active lifestyle, her personality found expression in our project.
We employed new technologies in working with stone and wood, used environmentally friendly natural materials, and paid special attention to designing a spacious walk-in wardrobe.
The spacious living room allows for evenings spent with friends over a glass of wine or a cup of tea, reflecting the owner's individuality.
