The plot is located on the outskirts of Kaunas city, in terms of streets it is in a certain dead-end, as there is no possibility to drive through the plot - you approach it as a final destination.

The location of the plot itself is good in terms of the city, it is situated in a quieter zone, the LSMU Kaunas Clinics district is nearby, right next to the plot there is a slope, the Neris river Valley can be seen in the distance below. The plot is small, with a rather peculiar configuration, where there was a need to build a classic 4 or 5-story apartment building.

The location and layout of the plot did not allow designing a high-quality configuration and an attractive building.

As this is on the outskirts of the city, a dead end, and the surrounding construction is interspersed with apartment buildings built in the Soviet era with Žaliakalnis private houses quarters, the ongoing construction here is mixed: multi-story residential buildings or block houses, cottages.

Regarding hints of architectural ideas, considering the current situation, it appeared interesting that access roads and streets come to the plot from three sides, and on the fourth, the good side, there is a school stadium. It also seems to propose the idea that the resident of a possible future high-rise building would look at the streets, garages, warehouses and the stadium. Therefore, a psychological doubt arose, which, after evaluating all the advantages and disadvantages of the plot, inspired the idea to offer a product that does not exist on the market - a multi-story building composed of small duplex houses. Thus, considering the fact that the surroundings are intertwined with blocks of apartment buildings and individual houses, we continued that tradition. This is a flipped duplex, with one apartment looking in one direction, the other – the exact opposite, so they do not see each other. Like Yin and Yang - opposing, yet complementing each other. This raises the local prestige and those two-story houses, having large private fenced courtyards with terraces, become more isolated from the environment, they are like the inner houses of Žaliakalnis. They don't look at someone else's yard or space, but each looks at their own private plot.

The houses do not have private garages, but they have their own parking spaces right in the enclosed area.

This is a completely unseen and uncharacteristic layout and solution for Lithuania: white plastered houses reminiscent of Portugal, with rounded corners for the eye to slide, they are light, transparent, inviting young families to live and conveying the idea as if it were a product of Portuguese or Spanish resorts.
