A 74 m² apartment on Śródziemnomorska Street in Warsaw is a project by investors Piotr and Gosia that stands out with its multifaceted harmony and clever solutions maximizing the utility of available space. The space is kept in subdued monochromatic colors. In most rooms, you will find a gray microcement floor that harmonizes perfectly with white walls and warming room with walnut-colored furniture panels. In the bathroom, black takes center stage, covered with tiles of black terrazzo imported from Italy. This deep color adds exceptional elegance to the room, while the pleasant and intimate atmosphere is created by spotlights mounted in surface-mounted fixtures.

In the bathroom, a bathing area has been specially designated, and behind sliding doors, you'll find both a shower with a rainfall showerhead and a bathtub. Black also found its place in the kitchen design and on the kitchen island, which was mounted on a reinforced concrete structural pillar. The pillar's original texture was revealed through stripping and subsequent lacquering.

A projector hidden in the suspended ceiling provides an alternative to the television and offers entertainment in the living room, which is connected to the kitchen. Convenient storage is provided by white shelves located in both the hallway and the living area, also serving as integral parts of the window frames.

The main bedroom features spacious nightstands and minimalist storage solutions. This 2020 project combines comfort, aesthetics, and functionality, creating a living space that is not only beautiful but also pleasant and practical.
