We designed different apertures on the metal board to imitate the irregular stone holes of the stone forest, which through daylight can create distinctive light and shadow on the floor and walls. A large perforated board was erected in the lobby, and a ‘V-shaped’ board extending from the ceiling was used to pass through the vertical board, which created sets of interactive sculptural art installations. The perforated board was chosen with its function of lobby reception, ensuring privacy while allowing people to see each other.
