The one-story house spans 373 square meters and includes a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, one master bedroom and bathroom, two guest bedrooms with bathrooms and wardrobes, and even an office for those who work from home. The garage is 45 square meters, which easily fits two cars, and there's also space for guests' cars in the driveway, and the backyard boasts a lounge area complete with a 4x12 meter pool, jacuzzi, and direct access to the river.
