This complex renovation of a single-family residence has transformed its space. The main feature of the residence is a grande staircase linking three levels. The stairway wall has been cladded with timber pannelings in order to bring warmth and softness to the space.
Goround floor consists of a large living, dining and kitchen area open to the stairwell, and a small study room. The upper floor houses three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
