Private home with pool, sitting on a slope, cante-levering over the entrance space and driveway.
The enviromental design utilises earthpump and naturally controlled ventilation system.

All living takes place on one level, assigned to the west terrace, on the first floor. There sitauated is the kitchen, dining and living room with direct exit to the terrace, as well as a cleverly set back building with a view over the kitchen to the east towards the entrance. Connected to this, accessible via the central access hall, are the children's rooms with their own children's bathroom, as well as the parents' bedroom with dressing room and bathroom and a small ofice space.

The upper floor cantilevers over the driveway to the east and thus forms a covered car parking space and a covered entrance zone.

The house is entered via the ground floor. A hall with stairs opens up the upper floor. In the front part of the ground floor there is a guest room/office, in the back there is a utility room, sauna, fitness and building services.

An additionally installed controlled living room ventilation ensures minimal energy requirements. The remaining residual energy is generated by a tiled stove and/or gas heating.

The building is a solid construction with reinforced concrete slabs as the main supporting elements, interior walls are brick. The plinth facade of the ground floor is a zinc sheet facade designed as a band facade, the facade of the upper floor resting on it is a plaster facade in dark gray.

The western facade again adopts the motif of the sheet metal strip facade.All windows are insulating glass windows. The fixed glazing is frameless - windows and door leaves with natural larch frames.
