(IT) Questo palazzo storico, originariamente di proprietà dei Pia Reali Stabilimenti di San Luigi del Francesi, si trova nel cuore del centro storico. Si trova nel quartiere Campo Marzio, tra Largo Fontanella di Borghese e Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina. Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di appartamenti di pregio per la locazione a breve termine. ​Il progetto riserverà i quattro piani dell'edificio all'inserimento di sei case vacanza, per un totale di 15 camere e 30 posti letto, due foresterie per un totale di sei camere e dieci posti letto. Ogni casa adibita a casa vacanze sarà caratterizzata da una zona giorno con servizi igienici interni. Tutti gli interni saranno progettati per accogliere arredi e complementi disegnati individualmente, in base alla fruibilità e funzionalità degli spazi. Le case adibite a foresteria saranno invece caratterizzate da tre suite indipendenti con servizi ensuite e accesso privato da una zona filtro e da una zona comune attrezzata con angolo cottura e zona pranzo. Al piano terra è previsto l'inserimento di una reception dedicata all'accoglienza degli ospiti e alla gestione da remoto delle unità abitative. A completare il progetto ci sarà la valorizzazione del tetto ad uso esclusivo della casa vacanze situata al quarto piano, il restyling delle parti comuni, che comprende anche la scala.

(EN)This historic building, originally owned by the Pia Reali Stabilimenti di San Luigi del Francesi, is located in the heart of the historic center. It is located in the Campo Marzio district, between Largo Fontanella of Borghese and Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina.The project involves the prestige construction of apartments for short-term leasing. ​The project will reserve the four floors of the building for the insertion of six holiday homes, for a total of 15 rooms and 30 beds, two guest houses for a total of six rooms and ten beds. Each house ​used as a holiday home will be characterized by a living area with ensuite toilets. All the interiors will be designed to accommodate individual designed furnishings and accessories, based on the usability and functionality of the spaces. The houses used as guest houses will instead be characterized by three independent suites with ensuite toilets and private access from a filter area. The common area is equipped with a kitchenette and a dining area. On the ground floor, the inclusion of a reception dedicated to welcoming guests and managing the housing units remotely is envisaged. To complete the project there will be the enhancement of the rooftop for the exclusive use of the holiday home located on the fourth floor and the restyling of the common areas which includes the staircase too.
