The house is part of a project for two semi-detached houses. The project was conceived to maximise the free surface area of the plot, which meant that both houses had to be semi-detached, and to seek resources that, without limiting privacy, would guarantee natural ventilation and lighting in all the rooms.

The geometric composition is synthesised by a main axis emphasised by the natural stone walls that cross the plot longitudinally. Attached to this main axis and interspersed with a series of closed and open spaces (the courtyards). The programme is characterised by a large space that includes the communal areas, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a laundry room and two interior patios, and allows the owners to experience different spatial sensations along the main axis.
