Hub lighting & innovation of Kafkas company in Chalandri | Michael Bakas

On the second level of a retail-wholesale store in Chalandri, the area for the presentation and lighting options of the company Kafkas was set up.

Lighting studios, Dark room, Conference Hall and Working Places together with the auxiliary kitchen and WC areas form the functional diagram of the exhibition space.

The off-white shades of the floor, ceiling and perimeter structures highlight the lighting options. Vertical blinds frame the themes and display the technologies that the visitor can choose. The Dark Room clarifies the characteristics of the fixtures and highlights the importance of the electrical installation in the best possible way.

The automations and the set of options only on one device allow the management of the exhibition space but at the same time they present the concepts of Lumen and color temperature. The elastic ceiling delimits the working place, and causes the illusions in a unique way.

Planted levels enhance the exhibition space, delimiting indoor and outdoor lighting respectively.

The glass partitions highlight the reflected reflections, and dictate the shells created. A game of lighting and materials within a limited exhibition space.
