The "Cobertura Bloco B" is a complete and radical renovation project of a luxury duplex apartment located in Brasília, Brazil. This elegant space has been adapted to meet the needs of a young couple with two daughters.

Our proposal prioritizes the functional distribution of the spaces, establishing a clear transition between private, semi-private, and social areas. On the ground floor, the master suite stands out, featuring a spacious closet and a complete bathroom with a bathtub, along with two suites for the daughters and a guest suite. To promote interaction among the residents, we have created an office with a cozy TV room that connects all the bedrooms. A corridor then leads to the technical kitchen, in black and white, and the social areas of the apartment. The spacious lounge comprises a TV area, a dining area, a bar, access to the balcony with a gourmet space, an internal powder room, and a dedicated bathroom for the gourmet area. On an intermediate level, there is a pool with a large outdoor terrace. The upper floor features a games and music room, a pantry, an additional bathroom, and a generous garden and outdoor living area.

Regarding the finishes, we have fulfilled the clients' request to use the finest materials available on the market. We have chosen Dekton by Cosentino, a synthetic stone cut into 140 cm slabs, to cover all the bathroom countertops, kitchen, bar, gourmet area, pool floors, staircase, and wall coverings, among other elements. At the entrance, we have incorporated an imposing black glass panel by Cinex. The cabinetry, one of the most crucial elements in interior design, has been executed by Florense and is present in all the cabinets, panels, and doors of the apartment. The ceiling has been crafted with natural slatted tauri wood, adding a touch of sophistication. Additionally, the apartment features a professional automation system in all rooms. One of the most important elements in the project is a beautiful spiral staircase, made of metal and covered in synthetic stone.

The decoration has been curated by renowned professional Aldi Flosi. Each piece of furniture has been carefully selected and provided by Hill House, including signature designs by renowned designers such as Sergio Rodrigues and Jader Almeida. The dining table, designed by Arthur Casas and supplied by Quadra Interior in Brasília, becomes a focal point in the living room. The handmade rugs, provided by Carminati Tapetes, and the decorative objects sourced from Galpão store add an elegant touch and personality to the space.

The renovation and interior design project is signed by the prestigious firm SAINZ arquitetura, led by the talented professionals Eduardo Sainz and Lilian Glayna Sainz. Eduardo, responsible for the creative direction of the firm, and Lilian, responsible for the executive direction, are the authors of this magnificent project. With their expertise and innovative vision, they have brought every detail to life, ensuring a luxurious and functional atmosphere for this duplex apartment in Brasília, Brazil.
