House between medians implanted in a plot of 150m² (10x15m), with two facade fronts.
The building, in the shape of a "C", is articulated around a central patio that provides natural light and ventilation to the entire house.
The ground floor houses the most public rooms, while the bedrooms and their auxiliary rooms are arranged on the first floor.
The facades are made up of two clearly differentiated bodies: a lower body clad as a plinth up to the height of the ground floor lintels and an upper strip plastered in white.
The parking area is open to the patio, providing greater versatility of use to the exterior space of the house.
