The 150 sqm apartment is located in a former industrial building in the heart of the Aurora district in Turin, recently transformed into a residential complex, and it is the home of a young couple with two daughters. The new layout includes an entrance space, a laundry, a living area, a kitchen, three bedrooms (one of them equipped with a walk-in closet), and three bathrooms.

Custom-made furniture defines the main areas of the flat: a bench beside a laminated plywood table, a tv shelving system, and all the bathroom cabinets play with geometry and pastel colors following floors alignments. A theatrical element enriches the living area: a curtain that divides the entrance and the guest toilet from the living room, being both a background and a divider.

The natural light is here very important: the children's bathroom, the laundry and the walk-in-closet are all characterized by textured
glass panels that help the spaces to be brighter keeping the sense of privacy; in the kitchen, improving the original project of the
construction company, a second window has been opened to bring sunlight to the counter table.
In the master bedroom, a zig-zag wall encloses the bed, a make-up corner, and a working area hidden behind a perforated metal sheet panel.
