Renovation of a beautiful ruin Porto / Portugal / 2022

Originally constructed in 1870 the old building was a complete ruin when we initiated the project. Simultaneously we built a new, modern triplex in the rear of the property. Pedro Silva was the lead Architect. The interiors spaces were designed by Marianne Kooimans. Lighting also was by Marianne kooimans.
