The restaurant is inspired by the Belle Époque. The term "Belle Époque" refers to a historical, cultural, and artistic period that brought about a series of progress and inventions, resulting in a modification of the lifestyle of the bourgeoisie. This is the inspiration behind the Italian architectural studio's research, recreating and modernizing the style and atmosphere of that era. The choice of essences and materials, along with a particular focus on stylistic elements such as marble and stucco, immerses everyone in the ambiance of the late 19th century to the 1920s. It was during this revolutionary period that vaudeville, cinema with the Lumière brothers, theater, and various entertainment venues were born.

This new way of life had consequences for culture and society, giving rise to the birth of Design based on the "Art Nouveau" style. This style influenced the objects that became part of the bourgeoisie's daily life. Another new art movement that emerged was "French Impressionism," where painters started to paint "en plein air" since the industry began producing paints in tubes.

From there, leisure time, the concept of shopping, and department stores emerged (Milan being the first city to witness the appearance of stores such as Standa, Brambilla, and Grandi Magazzini).
