After an intensive 2-year renovation project, this protected monument was transformed into a luxurious holiday home for no less than 24 people with no fewer than 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.

You stay in the middle of the Belle Epoque district, in the shadow of the Sint-Rochus church and 200 metres from the beach of Blankenberge at the Belgian coast

The entire facade was restored to its 1893 original, protected elements such as a ceiling fresco, Lincrusta (relief wallpaper) and a supraporte (artwork above the portal) were meticulously restored. In the bedrooms, wooden ceilings were cleared back, the beautiful wooden staircase and interior doors were aired and the authentic cement tiles in the hallway were stripped of fixed carpet.

Moreover, the challenge was to match this with the ZaligAanZee style and thus create an instant holiday feeling.

The addition of Mortex flooring, the organic shapes in the 7-metre-long dining table and sofas, and the self-designed cylindrical pendant lights make you stay in an airy space with history.

In the spacious open kitchen, cooking becomes a pleasure with oh yes, a real pizza oven in the cosy city garden. End the evening in the inviting lounge or in a lovely bed with crisp percale cotton bed linen. And did we mention that all 8 bathrooms have a powerful rain shower to start your next day refreshed?

ZaligAanZee is your guarantee for a carefree holiday in style
Think family anniversaries, cycling friends, padel internships, golf weekends, cooking clubs, multi-day business meetings or just a beach holiday of course.
