J&G House | JSJ ARQUITECTOS

The house is organized around a central patio that articulates all the spaces of the two floors of the house. This structure allows a circular distribution around the patio, providing natural light and ventilation. In addition to the central patio, there is an open courtyard towards the south and a small access patio that allows a progressive transition from the public space to the private space of the house. Towards the south courtyard, the house has a double façade on the first floor to protect itself from the sun, while generating a shaded space for the ground floor. The living room space connects both floors through a double height.
