Porta Vittoria | Lupettatelier

Questa casa di ringhiera è un esemplare tipico della città di Milano e si colloca all’interno di un tessuto residenziale ben strutturato, a contatto con il verde e sul confine del centro storico.
Per evocare questa sensazione di energia e folclore è stato scelto il color Ottanio come filo conduttore dell’interno progetto d interior.
Mescolato a materiali grezzi, e porosi, e a carte da parati poliedriche questo colore diventa volume e plasma la scala aerea che collega il piano padronale con quello ospiti.
L’ampia zona giorno, luminosa e chiara, che affaccia su un rigoglioso balcone di ringhiera, è il legante fra le aree della casa che si distinguono in una zona più privata, composta dalla zona notte e dai bagni, e in una destinata agli ospiti con un’area ad essa dedicata dotata di bagno al piano superiore.
In questo piano le nuance si scaldano e virano dai verdi-azzurri ai rossi con alcuni accenti neri e bianchi che donano carattere e forza all’ambiente.

This railing house is a typical specimen of the city of Milan and is located within a well-structured residential fabric, in contact with greenery and on the edge of the historic center.
To evoke this feeling of energy and folklore, the color Ottanio was chosen as the common thread of the interior design.
Mixed with raw, and porous materials and polyhedral wallpapers this color becomes volume and shapes the aerial staircase that connects the master and guest floors.
The large living area, bright and clear, overlooking a lush railing balcony, is the binder between the areas of the house that are distinguished into a more private area, consisting of the sleeping area and bathrooms, and one intended for guests with an area dedicated to it equipped with a bathroom on the upper floor.
On this floor, the hues warm up and turn from green-blues to reds with some black and white accents that give character and strength to the environment.
