A apartment building in a quiet and residential part of Belgrade (Vračar) with its concept tried to reconcile the architectural motives in the ambient with new standards, materials and design, transforming the style of architecture from the beginning of the 20th century in Belgrade into the spirit of the modern era.
The requirements of interpolation of the object into the context with an adequate distance, conditioned the movement of the facade planes and sculptural nature of the object, which was achieved by supporting the directions from the surroundings, but with a soft and gentle feminine movement, as a architecture of the time when the urbanization of the area began.
The building has 1500m2 gross area, 6 levels, with 8 apartments. In all floors, clear directions of movement were achieved with divided functional zones of the living and sleeping blocks, although the project solution determined different dimensions of each level.
