Quando la norma definisce il progetto. Lotto a forma triangolare molto allungata delimitato da strade nei due lati lunghi. Edificio presente fin dal 1932 e costruito in aderenza ai confini. Il progetto prevede la demolizione totale dell’esistente e la ricostruzione in sito con l’obbligo di mantenere la sagoma volumetrica ex-ante. L’idea è quella di unificare in un unico elemento l’eterogeneità dei volumi esistenti di varie altezze e forme cercando un risultato che sia una sorta di “nave” con la prua puntata verso ovest e dove i fianchi sono quasi in aderenza alla banchina-recinzione. Fronti molto chiusi verso le strade e grandi aperture e terrazze verso il giardino presente ad est ed ovest. L’edificio è in classe A4 con campo fotovoltaico, riscaldamento a pannelli radianti in passa temperatura e raffrescamento canalizzato con l’utilizzo di una pompa di calore-chiller. Casa gas-free.
