To put it in context, it would be necessary to describe the environment of the project as a warm area, close to the mountains in the south of the State of Mexico, where, due to the existence of these constant temperature shocks, the analysis for the development of this project has been launched.

It is a project that arises from the need for temporary housing for workers in a mine that is located just a couple of kilometers from the construction, offering its users the possibility of moving comfortably from home to work, but without sacrificing communication with the other services.
Strategically located at a point where several intersections of services, health, education, etc. converge.

The project has a program that consists of 6 apartments of 60m2 and construction and two bedrooms, as well as two commercial premises of 100m2 construction each, in addition to areas for circulation and outdoor space and services, which In the future, it is planned to extend an area to the north of the project, which will have another 4 rooms.

Ventilation was one of the main design axes to reach the result, generating cross ventilation through a central corridor, which allows the fresh air to rise and cool the second floor, in addition, floor-to-ceiling heights higher than the average for the area, 3.8m high, thus allowing better wind circulation. Another issue to take care of was the sun, which throughout the year has a direct incidence on the south, east and west, for which white was chosen as the main color, in combination with the black details of the structural steel.
