[ENG] - Eighty hectares of lush woodlands and lawns winding along the hills of Bologna. This is the scenario opening up as you reach Fattoria Zivieri in Sasso Marconi, the farmhouse that has made the territory and the respects towards it the very essence of an authentic zero-kilometre hospitality.

Along with farming and breeding activities, the recently renovated estate is also home to an artisan shop, cosy rooms and apartments nestled in the green, as well as a restaurant where you can taste the farm’s own products while enjoying a unique panoramic view.
An experience, the latter, that the owners have decided to prolong from spring until autumn in all-natural comfort thanks to the technology and the design of four Opera bioclimatic pergolas by Pratic.

Carried out by Windal, reseller and window fitter, the project aimed at extending the open air space, previously sheltered by a canopy, by means of an aesthetically coherent solution, usable in any weather condition; therefore able to shade the entire perimeter of the dehors when necessary, yet without impeding the view on the surrounding landscape.
Attention to details, minimal design and accurate chromatic choice have allowed Opera to blend into the farm’s background with great finesse thus creating a modern and welcoming environment that values the location’s historicity and its wide surface outdoors. In fact, the four self-supporting modules placed side by side provide for an extension of the canopy of additional 80 square meters, entirely covered by an aluminium roof with sunshade blades that rotating from zero to 140 degrees allow you to adjust temperature, lighting and ventilation at will, simply by taking advantage of natural elements.

Besides blades’ full closure, the restaurant room can count on the protection of sliding glass doors (Slide Glass 60) in rainy or cool days, which with a transparent finish and no visible technical elements provide unique panorama and certified resistance against water, rain, noise and dust. On the two shorter sides, closures become fixed and with hinged door near the canopy: a custom-made solution designed by Windal matching the covering and offering a full protection beyond that of the pergola itself.

Creme and corten colour for Opera blades and profiles, respectively, repeats in the frame and in the waterproof fabric of T-Code folding arm awning, installed alongside the building to shade the short corridor leading to the kitchen and the indoor from sun and light rain.
What the two Pratic coverings have in common are the accessories, such as remote-controlled automations and dimmable LED lighting beneath the awning, along the pergola profile and on the blades, thus allowing guests to dine in a soft and relaxed atmosphere.
On the other hand, the room preserves its pleasantness in the hours with maximum sunlight through the operation of Raso vertical awnings, integrated into Opera’s horizontal profiles.
Cool and ventilated during the hottest months, yet more protected in mid seasons, the new outdoor space hosts up to 150 seats in a refined and renewable environment, as it is built with recyclable materials only and low-impact production processes. The ideal dehors for a Fattoria Zivieri-style welcome: cosy, immersive and green.

Ein Bauernhof, der das Territorium und seinen Respekt zum Wesen einer authentischen 0 Kilometer Gastfreundschaft gemacht hat.

Neben der Lokale zur Landwirtschaft und Viehzucht gewidmet, verfügt das neu renovierte Landgut auch über einen Handwerksbetrieb, feine Zimmer und Wohnungen umgeben von Natur sowie ein Restaurant, wo die Produkte aus denselben Bauernhof verkostet werden können und dabei ein exklusives Panorama genossen werden kann.
Eine Erfahrung, die letztere, die die Besitzer vom Frühling bis zum Herbst mit ganz natürlichen Komfort, dank der Technologie und dem Design von vier bioklimatischen Pergolen Opera von Pratic verlängern wollten.

Vom Wiederverkäufer und Fensterbauer Windal durchgeführt, zielte das Projekt auf die Erweiterung des vorher durch eine Überdachung geschützte Raums im Freien mit einer ästhetisch gleichartigen und bei jeder Wetterbedingung nutzbaren Lösung; und daher in der Lage den ganzen Umfang des Außenbereichs je nach Bedarf zu beschatten, ohne den Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft zu verhindern.
Nüchternes Design, Farbauswahl zusammen mit besonderem Lieben zum Detail ermöglichten Opera sich mit viel Raffinesse im Hintergrund des Bauernhofs einzufügen, indem eine moderne und gemütliche Umgebung zur Aufwertung der Geschichtlichkeit des Ortes und ihre breiten Fläche außen geschafft wird. Die vier selbsttragenden und nebeneinandergestellten Einheiten erweitern nämlich das Schutzdach um weitere 80 Quadratmetern mit einem Lamellendach aus Aluminium. Die Lamellen können dann von null bis zum 140 Grad gedreht werden, um die Temperatur, Beleuchtung und Belüftung immer optimal zu regulieren, einfach durch die Ausnutzung von natürlichen Elementen.

Bei schlechtem Wetter oder kühleren Temperaturen kann der Restaurantsaal nicht nur auf die vollständige Schließung der Lamellen zählen, sondern auch auf den Schutz der Schiebefenster (Slide Glass60), die durch ihr transparentes Finish ohne sichtbare technische Elemente einen Panoramablick und zertifizierten Schutz vor Wasser, Wind, Lärm und Staub bieten.
Auf den beiden kürzeren Seiten, im Gegenteil, sind dabei feste Verschlüsse mit Türflügel neben dem Vordach: eine maßgeschneiderte Lösung im gleiche Farbton der Abdeckung, die von Windal konzipiert wurde und vollständiger Schutz bietet, der über den der Pergola selbst noch hinausgeht.
Die Farben Creme und Corten, die für die Lamellen bzw. Profile von Opera gewählt wurden, finden sich auch in den Rahmen und das wasserdichte Gewebe von T-Code Gelenkarmmarkise. Diese wurde genau als zusätzliche Abdeckung installiert, um den kurze Durchgang zur Küche und zum Innenraum vor Sonne und leicht Regen zu schützen.
Was vereint die zwei Pratic Abdeckungen sind dann die Ergänzungen bzw. die ferngesteuerten Automatismen und die dimmbare LED Beleuchtung unten die Markise, entlang der Pergola Profile und auf den Lamellen, die den Gästen eine gemütliche und entspannende Atmosphäre zu Abendessen anbieten.
Im Gegensatz dazu bewahrt der Saal sein Angenehme in den Stunden mit höchstem Sonnenlicht dank der in den horizontalen Profilen von Opera integrierten Raso Senkrechtmarkisen.

Kühl und belüftet in den wärmeren Monaten und in der Zwischensaison besser geschützt, verfügt der neue Außenbereich über 150 Sitzplätze in einer feinen und erneuerbaren Umgebung, seit er ausschließlich aus recyclingfähigen Materialien und umweltfreundliche Produktionsverfahren hergestellt wurde. Der ideale Außenbereich für eine Bewirtung im Stil der Fattoria Zivieri: einladend, völlig einbindend und nachhaltig.

È questo lo scenario che si apre raggiungendo la Fattoria Zivieri di Sasso Marconi, la realtà agrituristica che ha fatto del territorio e del suo rispetto l’essenza di un’ospitalità autenticamente a chilometro zero.

La tenuta recentemente ristrutturata conta, insieme agli ambienti dedicati alle attività agricole e di allevamento, anche una bottega artigiana, eleganti camere e appartamenti immersi nel verde, oltre a un ristorante dove degustare i prodotti della stessa azienda agricola, beneficiando di un panorama outdoor esclusivo.

Un’esperienza, quest’ultima, che i proprietari hanno scelto di prolungare dalla primavera fino all’autunno e con un comfort tutto naturale, grazie alla tecnologia e allo stile di quattro pergole bioclimatiche Opera di Pratic.

Realizzato dal rivenditore e serramentista Windal, il progetto mirava ad ampliare lo spazio open air precedentemente riparato da una tettoia, attraverso una soluzione coerente sul piano estetico e fruibile con qualsiasi condizione meteo; pertanto, in grado di schermare all’occorrenza l’intero perimetro del dehors, senza per questo impedire la visuale sul paesaggio circostante.

Design essenziale e scelte cromatiche curate nel dettaglio hanno consentito a Opera di integrarsi con grande raffinatezza nel contesto della Fattoria, dando vita a un ambiente moderno e accogliente, che valorizza la storicità della location e la sua ampia superficie open air. I quattro moduli autoportanti e affiancati tra loro creano infatti un prolungamento della tettoia di ulteriori 80 metri quadri, interamente interessati da una copertura con lame frangisole in alluminio che, ruotando da zero a 140 gradi, regolano in modo sempre ideale temperatura, illuminazione e ventilazione, semplicemente sfruttando gli elementi naturali.

In presenza di maltempo o temperature più fresche, in aggiunta alla chiusura totale delle lame, la sala ristorante può contare sul riparo delle vetrate scorrevoli Slide Glass 60 che, con una finitura trasparente e nessun elemento tecnico a vista, regalano una visuale panoramica e una resistenza certificata contro acqua, vento, rumore e polvere. Sui due lati più corti, invece, le chiusure si fanno fisse e con porta battente in prossimità della tettoia: una soluzione studiata su misura da Windal per offrire una protezione totale, che si fonde a quella integrata alla pergola, grazie a una struttura dello stesso colore.

Le tinte crema e corten scelte rispettivamente per le lame e i profili di Opera ricorrono anche nel telaio e nel tessuto impermeabile della tenda a bracci estensibili T-Code, installata ad appendice della copertura con la funzione di proteggere da sole e piogge leggere il breve camminamento che porta verso la cucina e l’area interna.
Ad accomunare le due schermature Pratic sono poi i complementi, come le automazioni con controllo telecomandato e l’illuminazione a Led dimmerabile posizionata sotto la tenda, lungo il profilo delle pergole e sulle lame, così da consentire agli ospiti di cenare avvolti da un’atmosfera soffusa e rilassata.
Al contrario, nelle ore in cui l’apporto di luce solare si fa più intenso, la sala preserva la propria piacevolezza attraverso l’azione delle tende verticali Raso, contenute nei profili orizzontali di Opera.

Fresco e ventilato nei mesi più caldi, e maggiormente riparato nelle stagioni di passaggio, il nuovo spazio outdoor accoglie fino a 150 coperti in un’ambiente dal design raffinato e rinnovabile, in quanto realizzato con soli materiali riciclabili e processi produttivi a basso impatto. Il dehors ideale per un’accoglienza in stile Fattoria Zivieri: confortevole, immersiva e sostenibile.

[FR] - Quatre-vingts hectares de bois et de prés luxuriants qui se dénouent le long des collines bolognaises. Voici le panorama qui s’ouvre quand on arrive à la ferme Zivieri de Sasso Marconi (Bologne), le gîte rural qui a fait du territoire et de son respect l’essence d’une hospitalité authentiquement basée sur les produits locaux.

Le domaine, récemment rénové, se compose d’espaces consacrés aux activités agricoles et d’élevage, et également d’un atelier, d’élégantes chambres et appartements entourés de verdures, ainsi que d’un restaurant où l’on peut goûter les produits de la ferme, en bénéficiant d’un panorama extérieur exclusif.
Une expérience, celle-ci, que les propriétaires ont décidé de prolonger du printemps jusqu’à l’automne et avec un confort totalement naturel, grâce à la technologie et au style de quatre pergolas bioclimatiques Opera Pratic.

Réalisé par le revendeur et menuisier Windal, le projet visait à agrandir l’espace au grand air précédemment abrité par une toiture, avec une solution cohérente sur le plan esthétique et utilisable quelles que soient les conditions météo; pourtant, capable de protéger au besoin, le périmètre entier, sans obstruer la vue sur le paysage environnant.
Le design dépouillé et les tonalités choisies soigneusement ont permis à Opera de s’intégrer avec raffinement dans le contexte de la Ferme, en créant un endroit moderne et douillet, qui rehausse l’histoire du site et sa grande surface open air. Les quatre modules autoporteurs placés côte à côte créent en effet un prolongement de la toiture d’autres 80 mètres carrés, entièrement protégés par une couverture avec lames brise-soleil en aluminium qui, en rotant de zéro à 140 degrés, règlent la température, l’éclairage et la ventilation, tout simplement en utilisant les éléments naturels.

En cas de mauvais temps ou de basses températures, la salle restaurant peut compter sur la fermeture complète des lames ainsi que sur l’abri des vitrages coulissant Slide Glass 60 qui, grâce à leur finition transparente et à l’absence d’éléments techniques visibles, donnent une vue panoramique et une résistance certifiée contre eau, vent, bruit et poussière. Sur les deux côtés plus courts, par contre, les fermetures deviennent fixes et avec porte battante à proximité de la toiture: une solution conçue exprès par Windal pour offrir une protection totale, qui bien se fond avec celle de la pergola, grâce à une structure de la même couleur.

Les couleurs crème et corten choisis respectivement pour les lames et les profils de Opera, on les retrouve également dans le châssis et dans le tissu étanche du store à bras extensibles T-Code, installé comme prolongement perpendiculaire de la couverture pour protéger la petite passerelle qui emmène vers la cuisine et l’intérieur.
Les deux protections Pratic partagent les optionnels, comme les automatisations commandées par télécommande et l’éclairage Led dimmable positionnée sous le store, le long du profil des pergolas et sur les lames, de façon à permettre aux clients de dîner dans une atmosphère douce et détendue.
Au contraire, pendant les moments de la journée quand le soleil est plus intense, la salle maintien son agrément grâce à l’actionnement des stores verticaux Raso, à l’intérieur des profils horizontales de Opera.

Frais et aéré pendant les mois les plus chauds et plus abrité aux mi-saisons, le nouvel espace extérieur accueille jusqu’à 150 couverts à l’intérieur dans un espace au design raffiné et durable, étant donné qu’il est réalisé seulement avec des matériaux recyclables et des processus de production à bas impact environnemental.
