An existing prefabricated concrete wall apartment is brought to current standards and suited for a work-from-home scenario.
Pastel tones, warm wood and clear lines constitute the main atmospheric elements.
The two entryways to the common room naturally divide the space into fours zones which extend via a balcony - now transfored into a reading nook.
Balancing storage space and square footage was one of the main challenges for the rest of the space.
