The environment manifests itself with a marked commercial and residential profile, Florentino Ameghino street being the main artery of the downtown area of the Sáenz Peña neighborhood. The building is close to several educational poles, such as the 3 de Febrero University, for which the project proposes to cover the needs of the new ways of living.

With regard to the general morphology, the volume is made up of two bodies, which are articulated by a 6 x 6 patio, whose dimension responds to municipal requirements. The general arrangement of the plant seeks to adapt to the environment, interpreting the growth of the block and incorporating the gaps in the urban space of the boundaries. The distribution of the program within the plant, with units with 3 rooms in front, 2 rooms and studio apartments in the rear; It has good sunlight and ventilation with open views to the north, east and west.

The typology of the project constituted as a multi-family residential building, seeks to generate a spatiality that responds to the collective imaginary of housing with a traditional architectural language and a contemporary color palette. Meanwhile, facing the current demands and the diversity of the inhabitants; Flexibility is proposed both in the units and in the common spaces.

Within the main spatial premises, we sought to create different atmospheres along the route, going through the common spaces with the presence of elements of nature, the richness of lights and shadows of natural lighting and the use of various textures.
