The project took about 3 years of design and planning from the ground up. 
After receiving the building permit, we started the planning maximized the possibilities in the space.
work plans and 3D simulations focused us in terms of accompanying materials, furniture and style.
The uniqueness of the house lies in its strategic location overlooking the neighborhood garden, a garden that is completely immersed in greenery.

Wide openings surround the central space (kitchen and living room) combined with a high ceiling. So in defining the initial concept, it was decided to introduce the richness of the outside nature as a central element into the interior of the house as well.
Natural materials are used on the ceiling and wall coverings and in the combination of shades of green throughout the house - in art and furniture.
wood beams were installed in the ceiling, delimiting the kitchen and living room area.
Metal work that integrate with the stair railing, when the light that penetrates through them gains volume and presence as an existing material.

We combined the sleeping area and the parents' bathroom in order to save wall thickness and increase the space.
The partition was made by means of glass walls that, by means of a switch, make the windows opaque for maximum privacy.
They also contributed to the feeling of the size of the space in the bathroom - uniform pressed tiles on the walls and floor measuring 120/240 cm with the combination of hidden lighting.
