The contemporary 12-story tower concept shows luxury in every detail.
The key is to enhance the style through materials. The use of bronze, marble, bricks and a particular use of glass bricks, tops the tower.
The retail area is encased in bronze metal, keeping an arch design that is an integral part of the building structure.
An open terrace and slanted windows located at the back, complete this amazing design.

The modern 12-story tower is characterized by its windows on the city – boxes oriented with different angles, perceiving different views
from the floors.
The top is crowned with a modern frame that encloses each section.

The contemporary style low-rise building that suits the luxury of Shanghai City, with an astonishing and unique façade that explodes and implodes its bow window, giving a melodious rhythm to the building. The retail is highlighted with big display windows and a very deep frame, giving the building a more 3D perspective.
The existing building area is connected to the new structure through an open sky bridge, while the roof terrace is connected with a closed glass tunnel.
The roof terrace is spacious, leading to plenty of outdoor space.

The modern low-rise building, which façade is a theatre stage, opens to different perspectives.
