The project proposes the enhancement of the Punta di Bergeggi through the morphological redefinition of the strip of land that laps the sea and divides the beach from the port area. Signals the entrance to the tourist area of ​​Finalese in accordance with the objectives of the Municipal Urban Planning. The new artificial pier becomes a transit point for those who make traveling tourism in that stretch of coast, an element for mooring motorboats for excursions, public square and public place on the sea.

Il progetto propone la valorizzazione della Punta di Bergeggi attraverso la ridefinizione morfologica del lembo di terra che lambisce il mare e divide la spiaggia dalla zona portuale. Segnala l'ingresso alla zona turistica del Finalese in coerenza agli obiettivi della Pianificazione Urbanistica Comunale.
Il nuovo molo artificiale diventa punto di transito per chi fa turismo itinerante in quel tratto di costa, elemento di attracco di motonavi per escursioni, piazza e luogo pubblico sul mare.
