Frequent local cyclone and driving rain is another phenomenon which affects the living style.
The G+7.5 Story apartment at Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka is a very sensitive design approach towards climate responsive design. The facades are expertly treated to offer adequate protection from the unpleasant solar radiations. The large openings are designed carefully to maximize the wind flow and minimize the heat penetration as well as dissolve the barrier between indoor and outdoor space. Balconies are designed with enormous sophistication of natural vegetation and harmonious scale to human for high quality outdoor living.
