Le Massif and Le Petit Massif are icons of style. We are talking about two famous accommodation facilities, which are part of the club of legendary hotels and represent absolute excellence, built a few steps from the historic centre of the charming Alpine resort of Courmayeur, at an altitude of 1,700 metres.

The new complex takes the place of the Hotel Majestic, which has been disused for over seventeen years, constituting a major urban redevelopment operation. The hotel project is designed by architect Fabrizio Gandolfo of Courmayeur, who conceived it as a contemporary tree house. The exterior of the complex uses materials in a modern key: Murogeopietra®, for example, gives an elegant rhythm to the high external façades, embellished with naturalistic decorative elements in laser-cut Corten steel. Murogeopietra® is in fact the only stone finish that can be laid without height limits on external thermal insulation, having brilliantly passed the LEPIR II test. All around, the eye can sweep from the bulk of Mont Blanc to the Matterhorn, Monte Rosa and Gran Paradiso. Le Massif has more than eighty rooms, including seven Suites and Junior Suites, for an accommodation capacity of more than two hundred beds. The hotel also has two restaurants (the first exclusive for guests, the second also open to outsiders), two bars, a spa with swimming pool and a fitness area.

Le Petit Massif, on the other hand, consists of an elegant and modern six-storey building, which houses twenty-two prestigious residences, all with large balconies overlooking Mont Blanc. An illuminated pedestrian pathway connects the residential units to the Le Massif hotel, which, with its style and character, adds further prestige to the flats. On the three basement floors there are parking spaces and cellars, serving guests and residents. Attention to the environment and people is reflected not only in the welcoming aesthetics, but also in the energy efficiency of the entire project, thanks to an entirely green heating system, supplemented by the production of electricity with a photovoltaic system. The chalet La Loge du Massif, in the scenery of Plan Checrouit, is designed to complete the luxury offer: we are talking about a further structure, complementary to Le Massif and Le Petit Massif. A bar, a ski room, a mini-club, a terrace with a panoramic view and a swimming pool: all at the disposal of the condominiums and hotel guests, even during the summer period.

Le Massif e Le Petit Massif sono due icone di stile. Parliamo di due famose strutture ricettive, che fanno parte del club degli hotel leggendari e rappresentano l’eccellenza assoluta nel settore, costruite a pochi passi dal centro storico dell’affascinante località alpina di Courmayeur, a 1.700 metri di altitudine.

Il nuovo complesso prende il posto dell’Hotel Majestic, in disuso da oltre diciassette anni, costituendo un’importante operazione di riqualificazione urbana. Il progetto alberghiero è firmato dall’architetto Fabrizio Gandolfo di Courmayeur, che l’ha concepito come una casa sull’albero contemporanea. Gli esterni del complesso impiegano i materiali in chiave moderna: Murogeopietra®, per esempio, dona un ritmo elegante alle alte facciate esterne, impreziosite da elementi decorativi naturalistici, in acciaio corten a taglio laser. Murogeopietra® è infatti l’unica finitura in pietra che può essere posata senza limiti di altezza su isolamento termico esterno, avendo superato brillantemente il test LEPIR II. Tutto attorno lo sguardo può spaziare fra la mole del Monte Bianco fino al Cervino, al Monte Rosa e al Gran Paradiso. Le Massif conta più di ottanta camere, di cui sette tra Suites e Junior Suites, per una capacità ricettiva di più di duecento posti letto. L’hotel dispone anche di due ristoranti (il primo esclusivo per gli ospiti, il secondo aperto anche agli esterni), due bar, una spa con piscina e un’area fitness.

Le Petit Massif si compone invece di un elegante e moderno edificio di sei piani, che ospita ventidue residenze di grande pregio, tutte dotate di ampie balconate con vista sul Monte Bianco. Un percorso pedonale illuminato collega le unità abitative all’hotel Le Massif che, con il suo stile e carattere, conferisce ulteriore prestigio agli appartamenti. Nei tre piani interrati vi sono invece posti auto e cantine, al servizio di ospiti e residenti. L’attenzione nei confronti dell’ambiente e delle persone si traduce non solo nell’estetica accogliente, ma anche nell’efficienza energetica di tutto il progetto, grazie a un impianto di riscaldamento interamente green, integrato dalla produzione di energia elettrica con impianto fotovoltaico. Lo chalet La Loge du Massif, nello scenario di Plan Checrouit, è pensato per completare l’offerta di lusso: parliamo di un’ulteriore struttura, complementare a Le Massif e Le Petit Massif. Un bar, una ski room, un mini-club, una terrazza con vista panoramica e una piscina: il tutto a disposizione dei condomini e degli ospiti dell’hotel, anche nel periodo estivo.
