The project of a modern two-story residential building with an underground garage. The total area is 200m2.
The project was designed on a previously planned site with an existing underground garage measuring 6.5x7.7m. Main load-bearing structural scheme is fachwerk, filled with PIR insulation, lined with cement particle boards and sheathed with wooden planken on a wooden frame.
The second floor is designed to be visually light due to panoramic glazing along the perimeter of the facade to the entire height of the floor, thanks to these structures, a magnificent view of the forest opens up. On the remaining area of the site, a place for a guest house, a pool and a bathhouse are provided in the future.
