The final year project of part one set out a brief to utilize the empty space at Sheffield Station and transform he area into a community hub that offered improvements to the urban environment as well as complimenting the existing station. 


The sustainable Education Centre provides facilities to the general public as well as open lecture theatres to enlighten the population of Sheffield on environmental technologies in an interactive learning environment. The project included the exploration of technologies such as, bio-mass generators, natural pools, water source heat pumps, hydro electric generators and an MVHR system.
