We were called to design an apartment for an amazing family of five, and two stunning dogs

The apartment, located in one of the northern neighbourhoods of Tel Aviv, covers an area of ​​130 square meters, is on a high floor in a building that is not very old, but also not new from recent years. The clients wanted to refresh the appearance of the apartment

The apartment was massively renovated, not one wall was left standing, except for concrete walls and columns. The challenge was to create an open, accessible space with respectable passages in the public space while maintaining intimacy for all the apartment's rooms and reasonable room sizes. We were asked to add a guest toilet room in addition to the two existing shower-toilet rooms.

All this without detracting from the public areas and of course using long-lasting and practical materials for the day-to-day life of this active home.

We designed the kitchen as an integral part of the public space, added an island, and a lot of closed storage that hides everything you don't want to see after a day of activities and entertainment. We chose classic shades in the spirit of modern design.

We used and made careful selections of spot, hanging and wall-mounted lighting fixtures throughout the apartment, those that consider the needs of the apartment owners, which are turned on and off by lighting scenarios.

When we broke the walls of the apartment, we saw how much the view of Tel Aviv spread out from the balconies and windows was good for this bright apartment, so the decision was to go for furniture in neutral, calm, and low tones, to let the view come in as much as possible.
