J.C.R. House | Atelier d'Arquitectura Lopes da Costa
Esmoriz / Portugal / 2019
The building consists of two different volumetries adjoining each other. The first, in a parallelepiped form, is developed along two floors and provides the conventional program of a house.
The second volume, irregularly shaped but orthogonal, contains all secondary funtions in a single floor, which leans against the East side of the site. An overhang at the south top shades an outdoor living space that supports the pool.
