The project involves the renovation of a residential building located in the historic center of Ferrara. The property had an interesting garden and a generous volume of worthless service overlooking it. The project works on these elements, reducing the service volume and recreating a pavilion attached to the existing house. This solution allows you to completely rethink the rooms on the ground floor which find a strong relationship with the garden also thanks to the choice of materials that play with the theme of reflection. The project then provides for a general restructuring of the structures and systems with the aim of improving their seismic behavior and energy performance.
