A space with the neighboring properties being its only clear enclosed boundary. A space without strict spatial delineations, without doors.. a “geometry on hold”, an architecture on hold.

The residence’s space can be redefined, depending on the users’ personal choices. The main elements of the residence (bed, wardrobe, kitchen island, sofa) are independent and can
be repositioned according to the needs of the resident at the time across the free flowing form of the floor plan (pre-installed electromechanical systems, “on hold”, to be included in potential space rearrangement scenarios).
At the entrance, a fine metallic multifunctional construction of vivid colors (a bookcase for the temporary placement of objects) contributes to the achievement of a clear minimalistic architectural as regards the remaining space, and welcomes the visitor.
Oak Quarter Cut, ceramic tiles of balancing grey and a bathroom with sharply shaped stone features are all combined with great loyalty to the importance of every tiny construction detail. Accent lighting showcases the special qualities of the materials and changes the spaces through the alternating shadows of objects, reminding of an earlier residence (old brick, traces of pre-existing masonry).
In line with the demands of the modern digital era, a series of automation devices regulates, through vocal orders, the optimal conditions in the residence in terms of lighting, thermal comfort, temperature and humidity.
A space that adjusts an alternative habitation prospect of full flexibility and customization to the potentially varying requirements of its users.
