PROGETTAZIONE
 
PROGETTAZIONE Il primo anno è stato di studio dell’appezzamento del terreno messo a disposizione dalla comittenza, con l’intento d’ interpretarne al meglio potenzialità ed esposizione, nello stesso periodo abbiamo vagliato insieme la tipologia di abitazione, tenendo presente i desideri espressi : prendere spunto dalle cascine in mattoni faccia a vista , con ampi porticati  . Il cliente voleva rispettare il contesto , in modo che l’inserimento fosse piacevole nel paesaggio e coerente con il vicinato , una premura e un rispetto auspicabili in ogni progetto.

Definito l’orientamento degli ambienti, abbiamo proposto due tipologie di costruzioni , il cliente ne’ ha scelto una , abbiamo quindi approfondito e sviluppato  varie stesure del progetto : una moderna cascina con barchessa e piscina .

Un anno di progettazione  elaborando spazi interni, e prospetti esterni, lavorando in 3d per meglio comprendere e far comprendere, lavorando sui i volumi e le superfici.

FINITURE E FORNITURE  Il progetto della casa,  ha approfondito  le necessità abitative del committente  in parallelo  alla  parte tecnica degli impianti, avendo così una conduzione pulita per l’integrazione dell’ arredo. La ricerca dei materiali è andata di pari passo, e con il cliente, abbiamo vistato una partita di legno per il parquet presso l’azienda produttrice, valutandone colore e resistenza seguendo le varie fasi di lavorazione, anche la scelta degli infissi ha creato un dibattito estetico e funzionale, selezionando un prodotto con caratteristiche di sicurezza e grandi specchiature. Dalle porte a filo muro, alle superfici, tutto è passato su un tavolo di lavoro.

 FORNITURE D’ARREDO - L'anno successivo, la costruzione ha preso corpo con i vari avanzamenti .  Di pari passo si sono approffondite le  varie soluzioni d’arredo,  realizzando il 90 % degli arredi a misura , integrandoli alla struttura architettonica. L’obiettivo: un’ambiente facile da gestire considerando la metratura, calibrando l’uso di tutti gli spazi al cm, in modo che fossero tutti utilizzati a pieno senza avere zone morte.

Le forniture d’arredo ci hanno visti impegnati nella realizzazione tramite aziende partners e sapienti artigiani.

Il risultato: la soddisfazione di aver conosciuto splendide persone , a volte si è spinto per decisioni discusse, scardinando convinzioni, rivelatesi nel tempo apprezzatissime e condivise , in un percorso progettuale di crescita e considerazione reciproca . Una volta finito il lavoro
è rimasto il desiderio di andare avanti nella conoscenza , a testimonianza che condividendo un sogno e un obiettivo, si concretizza molto altro.

DESIGN The first year was spent studying the plot of land made available by the client, with the aim of interpreting its potential and exposure to the best of our ability. In the same period, we examined the type of home together, keeping in mind the expressed wishes: taking inspiration from exposed brick farmhouses, with large porches. The client wanted to respect the context, so that the insertion was pleasant in the landscape and consistent with the neighborhood, a consideration and respect that are desirable in every project.
Once the orientation of the rooms had been defined, we proposed two types of constructions, the client chose one, we then studied and developed various versions of the project: a modern farmhouse with a barchessa and swimming pool.
A year of designing interior spaces and exterior elevations, working in 3D to better understand and make others understand, working on volumes and surfaces.
FINISHES AND SUPPLIES The house project, has deepened the client's housing needs in parallel with the technical part of the systems, thus having a clean management for the integration of the furniture. The search for materials went hand in hand, and with the client, we visited a batch of wood for the parquet at the manufacturing company, evaluating its color and resistance following the various processing phases, even the choice of the fixtures has created an aesthetic and functional debate, selecting a product with safety features and large mirrors. From the flush-to-the-wall doors, to the surfaces, everything passed on a work table.
FURNISHING SUPPLIES - The following year, construction took shape with various advances. At the same time, the various furnishing solutions were explored, making 90% of the furnishings custom-made, integrating them into the architectural structure. The goal: an environment that was easy to manage considering the size, calibrating the use of all the spaces to the cm, so that they were all fully used without having dead zones.
The furnishing supplies have seen us engaged in the realization through partner companies and skilled craftsmen.
The result: the satisfaction of having met wonderful people, sometimes pushing for discussed decisions, overturning convictions, revealed over time to be highly appreciated and shared, in a project path of growth and mutual consideration. Once the work was finished, the desire to continue in the knowledge remained, as evidence that by sharing a dream and a goal, much more becomes concrete.
