Lotus Villa will be located on Sairee Beach with prime views of the Gulf of Thailand. Designed as a modern  spacious floor plan and tradition tropical house with  high internal volumes for cooling, deep verandas for shading, optimised seasonal cross ventilation, natural airflow strategies, laterite rock  wall cladding, terracotta clay tiled roofs, travertine floor tiles, and basalt tiles for exterior surfaces. The house is designed around the idea of a central public courtyard with a large lotus pond and garden as the focal point, creating sanctuary and privacy from the outside world. The main living spaces are designed for two way living, allowing clear vistas through the house, to both the beach front, and tropical gardens.
