The building, subject to capital repair, was built in the 1950s and consists of 7 building blocks, which are interconnected by a system of corridors. Between the blocks there are expansion joints, which indicates their constructive independence.
The structural system of the building is made of stone.The walls of the building are of small cut limestone blocks, 390 and 490 mm thick. The ceilings of some blocks are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs and beams, the rest - on wooden beams.
The roof is in 2 slopes, on inclined wooden rafters covered by metal tile cladding.
